Aisling Delaney – CEO & Founder
I established Delaney Estates in 2002 with the objective of providing an excellent Property Service to my clients in a qualified and personal manner. I have many years experience in both the property and financial services industries and I am a full member of IPAV and SCSI.
I have grown my business through client referrals and I am very thankful to my loyal & long term clients, and also to my newer clients whom I hope to do business with for many years to come. I am very lucky to have a professional and conscientious team around me, it is their dedication that makes Delaney Estates the successful company that it is today.
Ruth Conway – Office Manager
Ruth joined Delaney Estates in September 2014 having had several years’ experience as PA in the financial sector. She also ran her own successful business for 10 years. Ruth’s excellent interpersonal skills and her attention to detail in dealing with our clients is second to none. Ruth takes pride in her role and handles clients sensitive & confidential information. Ruth is an invaluable asset to Delaney Estates and our clients.
Avril Ward – Sales Negotiator
Avril joined Delaney Estates in January 2019 having previously worked with Sherry FitzGerald Feeney West for almost four years. She has been involved in numerous residential and commercial sales transactions. Avril is PSRA licenced and is also a full member of IPAV. Avril specialises in property sales & valuations. Property is a people’s business and Avril is extremely passionate about her role as a sales negotiator and strives to bring the highest level of customer service to all our clients both vendors and purchasers alike.
Janice Brown – Accounts Manager
Janice joined Delaney Estates in March 2018 in the role of Accounts Manager after a long career in banking. Janice liaises with tenants, landlords and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of our company from a financial ‘behind the scenes’ point of view. Janice is an integral part of our dynamic team who have customer service at its core.
Wendy French – Administrative Support
Wendy joined our Company in 2019. She provides administrative support to the busy Delaney Estates Team. With a background in Event & Emergency Planning for over 18 years, she ensures great attention to detail. Wendy Liaises with the Team to ensure Landlords and Tenants queries are answered without delay, ensuring solutions to maintain the efficient management of properties.
